The task

Grow online sales. At the start, the store had no Google Analytics and not a single Google ad campaign — traffic relied on direct visits (42%+) and organic search (17%+). We bet on Google Shopping campaigns.

What we did

Set up analytics from scratch

Connected Google Analytics and configured conversion tracking: orders, add-to-cart, contact views and callback requests. Without this, measuring the ads would have been impossible.

Built Merchant Center and the product feed

Assembled a feed with the client's priority product categories and scheduled a daily refresh at 00:00 — so ads always show current prices and stock availability.

Launched a nationwide Shopping campaign

Started cautiously: manual CPC bidding and a daily budget of just €150 for the first two weeks — to gather statistics without wasting spend.

Tested strategies and kept optimizing

The campaign went through several stages — at each one we tested different bidding strategies until we found the one that fits this business best.
