About the client: “Shkilnyi Dim”

“Shkilnyi Dim” (“School House”) is an online store of a group of companies selling stationery and furniture for schools, kindergartens and office spaces. A wide catalog — from paper and photo paper to complete furnishing of educational institutions. Its main buyers are schools, kindergartens, offices and wholesale customers.

The task

Grow sales through the store's website. Search ads set up by previous specialists were not delivering the required turnover — so we bet on Google Shopping campaigns.

What we did

Launched Google Shopping on the full catalog

Set up a Shopping campaign covering all of the client's products, built the feed and kept optimizing so ads reached people ready to buy.

Found the most profitable products

Split the catalog into groups, analyzed the stats for each one and moved the top-margin items into a separate campaign with a boosted budget.

Switched to Google's automated bidding

Moved the campaigns to smart bidding with machine learning — the system learned to bring in buyers cheaper and more often.

Scaled the result with Performance Max

Launched a Performance Max campaign with a daily budget of just €15 — and it delivered the record return on ad spend.
